1. What TuitionConnect does
TuitionConnect lets parents post tuition requirements and lets teachers show interest. Our admin team reviews interest and connects suitable parents and teachers personally. We are not a school or an employer, and we do not provide the tuition ourselves.
2. Accounts
- You must be an adult (18 or over) to create an account. A parent or guardian creates requirements for a child.
- Each account has one role: parent or teacher.
- Give true and current information. Keep your sign-in email secure.
3. Signing up and connections
Signing up, posting requirements and showing interest are free. The app does not process any payment.
A one-time service fee applies to a successful connection; the amount is agreed directly with the teacher before the connection is made.

4. Rules for everyone
- Do not write phone numbers, emails, links or social media handles in requirements or profiles. Our team connects people.
- No abusive, rude, discriminatory or false content.
- Do not use the app for anything other than finding or offering tuition.
- Teachers must hold the qualifications and experience they state. Parents should meet and check a teacher before classes start.
5. Safety
Our team reviews details before connecting people, but we cannot guarantee any person's identity, conduct or results. Please use normal care: meet first with a parent present, check references and agree terms clearly. Report any concern with Message us.
6. Our rights
We may pause, deactivate or remove accounts or requirements that break these terms or put others at risk. You may delete your account at any time from My account.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for arrangements made between parents and teachers, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
8. Privacy

9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of India, unless the law of your country says otherwise for consumers.
